Cupcake Camp VIP Entry Pack with COlunching.com

This year, as a sponsor, the dining network site COlunching.com will be helping raise money for Cupcake Camp Paris.  By signing up on the site for the event “COCupcaking at Cupcake Camp,” participants can benefit from the VIP entry pack available for October 2^nd.

                                   

The best part is that for your prepayment of 12.50 €, COlunching will match your contribution, so for each VIP member 25 € will be donated to Make a Wish.


The VIP pack includes an empty cupcake box and 4 tickets you can exchange for 4 cupcakes among the hundreds available. You’ll also get 1 ticket for the raffle - winners will select among dozens of donated prizes like a cooking class at La Cuisine Paris, boxes of cupcakes from Scarlett's Bakery or Sugar Daze, or 30 euro gift certificates from Mathon.  Most importantly, you can have access to the cupcakes 30 minutes before the event opens to the public, giving you first crack at the cupcakes.  If you want to come later, there will also be a VIP express line that lets you enter immediately with your box ready to be filled. Some great perks!

Entry to Cupcake Camp Paris is free -- come on in, browse, have a drink if you'd like. If you want to eat cupcakes though or participate in the raffle, you must buy either the VIP Pack through COlunching.com or purchase a welcome pack at the door. We will be offering 2 different welcome packs inside Le Comptoir General: silver or bronze.


The silver pack for 10 € includes 

1 empty box for your cupcakes
3 tickets you can exchange for cupcakes
1 ticket to enter the raffle.


The bronze pack for 7,50 € will get you
3 tickets to be exchanged for cupcakes or the raffle -- your choice.


Once you have purchased a welcome pack, additional cupcakes and raffle tickets will be available for 2 euros each.  Empty cupcake boxes will be available for 1€,  but again a welcome pack must be purchased before any cupcakes can be consumed!

L’entrée à Cupcake Camp est libre. Vous pouvez venir, jeter un coup d’œil, prendre un verre (payant). Si vous souhaitez manger un cupcake ou participer à la tombola, vous devez avoir, soit, un « Pack VIP », acheté sur COlunching.com, soit acheter un des 2 autres pack que nous mettons à votre disposition à l’entrée du Comptoir Général :

Le « Pack SILVER» prix 10€:

1 boîte vide pour emporter vos cupcakes,

Le «Pack BRONZE » prix 7,50€ :

Contest Details & Registration/Inscription & Renseignements pour les Concours

If you want to participate in one of our contests (limit 3 per baker), please let us know which one(s) and what type of cupcake you will be entering by clicking on the following links. You must supply at least 12 regular sized cupcakes for each contest you are entering (5 will be presented to the judges and any remaining cupcakes will be distributed to the crowd).

The contests will begin at 2PM promptly; winners will be announced at the opening of Cupcake Camp around 3PM.

The contests are as follows :
• The Most Parisian Cupcake
• Most Unusual Ingredient/Exotic Flavored Cupcake
• Autumn-Inspired Cupcake
• Your Dream Come True/Wish Granted Themed Cupcake
• Best in Show (note the 1st prize winners of each of the above contests will compete)

The contests will be judged by a panel of expert bakers and local celebrities including Sylvie of Scarlett's Bakery, Jane of La Cuisine Paris, Lindsey of Lost in Cheeseland and Lola's Cookies, Blogger and cookbook author Dorian Nieto and his writing partner Birgit Dahl Stern, Joannah of Cupcakeista, Elo of Elo Les Cupcakes, Alisa of Sweet Pea Baking, Elodie of Yelp.com, Heather of Secrets of Paris and our guest of honor: Muriel of Make a Wish France. Each first place winner will receive an adorable, custom-made gift from Gaelle of Ma Peste Adoree.

Baker Registration Now Open/Enregistrement pour Patissiers Ouvert

cupcakes to share with the crowd. Please note, bakers agree to donate their cupcakes to the event organizers; no cupcakes are to be sold by individual participants at Cupcake Camp.

It's a go, we repeat Cupcake Camp Paris II is a go! We are happy to confirm the date and location for the next edition of Cupcake Camp Paris:

Join us for an afternoon of cupcake tasting, sharing, and competition.  Attendees will be able to purchase tickets that can be exchanged for cupcakes, raffle prizes, and other fun contests. All proceeds from the event will be donated to a charity which is near and dear to our hearts: Make-a-Wish France.

Just a Little Patience/Un Peu de Patience

Cupcake Lovers, we are close! We are so close! We owe you an announcement regarding the date and location of Cupcake Camp Paris II and we thank you for your patience. We have a location reserved and are just trying to get the final details ironed out. It will be soon. We promise!

In the meantime, we have secured financial commitments from the following companies: Sainte Lucie, Scarlett's Bakery, and Sugar Daze (Thank you!).
