Meet the Bakers/Rencontrer les Patissiers : Rebuilding Haiti Now

Okay, maybe I should clarify that it's Stéphane's family who has started the amazing charity, Rebuilding Haiti Now, that Cupcake Camp Paris is supporting. His wife, and my friend, created our amazing poster and when we heard about the hard work that Stéphane's mom and family have been doing on the ground in Haiti since the earthquake earlier this year, we knew we wanted to pitch in too!

Stéphane has been baking since he was two years old. His mom taught him the basics of baking and he is in charge of desserts ever since. He loves to eat them as much as he loves to bake them.

I have to admit having a bit of a soft spot for Stéphane -- a few weeks ago, we were out for his wife's birthday and when she got in around 2 in the morning he was up trying to perfect a pate feuillete. Now if that isn't dedication, I don't know what is. Looking forward to seeing you, Stéphane, and tasting your wonderful sounding Profterole cupcakes at Cupcake Camp!

Miam miam!
